Questions
Common questions
Yes. Each person uses a free personal account to return to arrangements, planning and their own contributions. Access to an arrangement comes from its invitation or access rights, not merely from having an account. Relatives should not need to share one login.
They can discuss the service with the arrangement assistant, see the service plan beside the conversation and respond to requests for details or documents. Print work and meeting information are available in their arrangement panels. The conversation and the record belong to that arrangement.
No. The assistant can save everyday edits to the family’s own notes, wording and permitted details without asking after every sentence. Actions that reach staff or make consequential decisions still need confirmation. The person’s role determines which changes they can make.
They can express interest in items from your service catalogue. That sends a request to staff rather than creating a purchase or changing the case automatically. Your team decides whether to add the service and discusses any commercial details separately.
Each arrangement and linked plan shows the relevant funeral home’s identity. The personal overview uses Lethra’s neutral identity because one person may have records with different homes. This does not give one funeral home access to the other home’s records.
No. Decision-makers and other relatives have different responsibilities. The portal keeps participation separate from authority to confirm decisions. Your staff continue to review service requests and shared documents within the case.
