    Questions

    Common questions

Friends and relatives can leave messages and attach photos or videos to a tribute. This gives the family memories and stories as well as short messages of sympathy. Ask contributors to share material they have permission to use.

Yes. Staff review submitted tributes before they are shown publicly. Your team can keep inappropriate or unwanted contributions out of the published register. A submission does not become public simply because someone uploaded it.

Yes. The approved register has a print-friendly keepsake view, which can be printed or saved as a PDF through the browser. A printed book preserves messages and still images; it cannot play a video. Keep the digital collection available for multimedia memories.

Approved tributes appear on the obituary’s condolence page and in the family’s portal keepsake view. The obituary lets friends find the register, while the portal brings the collection into the family’s own arrangement.

Share the public obituary or condolence-page link with attendees. You can place a QR code for that link on a memory card or other printed material. The QR code is a shortcut to the page, not a separate place where memories are stored.

The personal portal can show condolences linked to the contributor’s verified account. That is separate from the family’s view of the approved register. Contributor email addresses are not displayed publicly with their tribute.
