    Questions

    Common questions

The planning experience linked to your funeral home carries your name and visual identity. The person’s account overview remains neutral because they may have arrangements or plans with more than one funeral home. Your linked plan does not give you access to their unrelated records.

They can discuss their wishes in a guided conversation and return to the saved plan to develop them. The plan also has areas for people, the linked funeral home and funding-related wishes. Recording a preference is not the same as confirming a purchased service.

No. First Call handles an enquiry separately, and a planning record is created only when someone explicitly chooses to plan ahead. This keeps a simple question or urgent enquiry from being treated as a pre-need commitment.

Yes. A personal account lets them reopen their saved plan and continue the conversation. They do not need to settle every detail in one visit. A plan can develop as their wishes change.

When the person shares their enquiry or planning information with your funeral home, Leads gives staff the available contact details and context. Use those details to continue the conversation rather than asking them to start again. Marketing email still requires subscription consent.

Saving wishes is not an insurance application, a payment or a binding service order. Funding-related information helps prepare a conversation with your team. Any commercial agreement or insurance arrangement needs its own process and confirmation.
