Blog and website
Growth is mainly about ads, but two other things shape how families find and recognize your firm: the profile behind your branded planner page, and Lethra’s own published articles.
Importing your existing website
Section titled “Importing your existing website”When you set up your company profile, you can point Lethra at your existing website instead of typing everything in by hand. Paste your website address and Lethra maps your site, reads the pages that matter, such as contact, about, team and services, and structures what it finds with AI.
This fills in useful starting data automatically:
- Business details, such as your name, address, phone and services.
- Team members, with their names and roles where listed.
- Processes, such as how you handle intake, first calls or after-hours contact, if your website describes them.
You still review everything it finds before saving it. Nothing from the import is published anywhere on its own; it becomes part of your company profile, which is what your branded planner page and family-facing surfaces draw on.
Branding your planner page
Section titled “Branding your planner page”Your logo, colors and the tone of your planner’s copy live under your company’s branding settings. This is what a family actually sees when an ad sends them to your planner, or when they open the family portal, so it is worth checking that it matches how your firm presents itself elsewhere.
Lethra’s own blog
Section titled “Lethra’s own blog”Lethra publishes editorial articles on its public site, in English, French and Dutch. These are written and managed by Lethra, not by individual funeral homes, and they are not a tool inside your dashboard. If you want to point a family to a helpful article on a topic like pre-planning, you can link to Lethra’s blog the same way you would any other resource.
