Growth

Growth is where Lethra helps you bring in pre-need families, rather than only managing the cases you already have. It covers two things: paid ads that point to your branded planner page, and the leads those ads produce. You will find it in the sidebar as Growth, with an Ads tab and a Leads tab.

Most funeral homes do not have time to run ad campaigns themselves, and agencies are expensive and slow to adjust. Growth lets the agent write and manage local, tasteful ad campaigns, so a family thinking about pre-planning finds your planner page instead of a competitor’s.

Ads are switched off by default. Turning them on needs a branded planner page first, since every ad needs somewhere to send someone. If you have not set one up, the Ads tab will point you to Leads to do that before anything else.

When you launch a campaign you set a daily budget, and that budget is what Meta actually spends on your ads. It only starts once you approve a campaign to go live, so nothing runs and nothing is spent until you say so.

Enabling Growth drafts a couple of starter campaigns so you are not looking at an empty screen, but those campaigns sit in draft until you review and publish them.

What the agent does versus what you approve

Section titled “What the agent does versus what you approve”

The agent can go a long way on its own inside Growth, but it stops at the point where money would actually move.

  • It can draft. Ask it for a campaign and it writes the strategy, audience, budget suggestion and ad copy in seconds, as a draft.
  • It can edit. It can adjust a draft campaign’s name, budget, schedule or audience, and revise creative copy, as long as the campaign has not gone live.
  • It can prepare a campaign to publish. It checks that your Meta connection is ready and that you have an approved creative, then surfaces a Publish button for you.
  • It cannot make a campaign live. Only you can approve and publish a campaign, since that is the moment real budget starts being spent on Meta.

How campaigns and ads actually work: Ads and campaigns.
