What Lethra costs
Lethra’s software is free: the website, First Call, the Receptionist, the ad engine, content, contacts, cases and the family portal. There are no plans, seats or contracts.
What you pay for
Section titled “What you pay for”You only pay for the intelligence: the AI work Lethra does for you, such as calls answered, website conversations, posts and articles, cases and meeting notes. Each line is billed at cost, at what the AI and phone companies charge, with no Lethra margin on top. A small family home typically pays about US$41 a month.
How Lethra stays free
Section titled “How Lethra stays free”Lethra does not earn on your software bill. We are building a pre-need insurance offering together with funeral homes, and its commissions are designed to fund Lethra:
- A family chooses a pre-need plan through your funeral home. Whether you offer it is your choice; the software stays free either way.
- The family pays the same as buying the plan directly. The insurer pays a commission on it.
- Your funeral home and Lethra share that commission.
The offering is not live yet. Until it is, the software is free all the same.
Your ad budget
Section titled “Your ad budget”Your ad budget is separate. You choose it, and it goes straight to Meta and Google with no markup. It is never part of what you pay Lethra.
Limits and groups
Section titled “Limits and groups”You can set a monthly limit, and Lethra pauses before going over it. Groups use the same model per brand: each brand pays its own intelligence and sets its own ad budget.
Use the calculator on lethra.ai/pricing to estimate your own month.
